I’ve been slowly taking steps the past couple of months to create a web design agency. I already have thoughts on how to evolve this to launch course and such, but really wanted to focus on the setting up some services as a way to start generating income.
So far it’s been some friends and family that I’ve been designing websites for, but eventually I want to start taking on larger clients with a retainer.
I am getting familiar with facebook ads and marketing so that I can also offer this as a service and add to the retainer.
I want this to have a presences on youtube, tiktok, and to sell courses on how to start a digital business.
Just spit balling at this point. I also need to work on my writing skills.
Hopefully I generate some value for the reader as well, but at the moment I am going to worry about consistency in creating content and eventually bloom out to some deep technical pieces.
Some upcoming work I have it to create facebook ads for the agency. I can document how that goes in a future blog.
I also opted in to promote my page for OMA Design. I put $40 bucks on it ($10/day for 4 days) and so far I am up 500 likes on my facebook page! I just need a couple of reviews there and I think my facebook page, along with my google presence and website, will do nicely in establishing me as a top dog.

- get domain
- set up facebook page
- set up google business page
- create a google voice phone number
- create instagram page
- create a website
- create email address with domain -> juancarlos@omadesign.co
- craft your product/services and add to all of those networking streams
- create a launch plan
